Storage limits and upgrades

When you reach 80% of your storage allowance, Folio shows an in-app warning. If a cloud save would exceed your limit, that save is paused and we offer the next higher tier: 1 GB → 20 GB → 50 GB → 100 GB → 200 GB. You must review and confirm the new plan in Stripe before any plan change or additional charge. Your billing schedule is kept for a next-tier upgrade. Stripe shows the new monthly or yearly USD price, any local currency conversion, any prorated charge or credit, and applicable taxes before confirmation. More storage becomes available after payment is verified; then retry your save. If you decline or payment fails, your existing paid allowance stays in place while your subscription remains active. You can download or remove existing saved copies. At 200 GB, remove copies or contact info@privitmedia.com. We never automatically delete files to make room. The 20 MB limit per saved PDF still applies.

Structured project management

Good work starts
with a clear agreement.

A practical process that protects the project, makes decisions visible, and keeps expectations aligned.

01

Define the work

Agree on the goals, deliverables, scope, responsibilities, and criteria for accepting the work.

02

Design together

Review the direction, give feedback in context, and approve the design before the main build.

03

Build with visibility

Follow milestones, review previews, and see blockers or decisions that need your attention.

04

Test & hand over

Check the agreed requirements, resolve defects, approve delivery, and receive the agreed documentation.

New ideas are welcome. If a request changes the agreed scope, we explain the cost and schedule impact before proceeding. Correcting work that fails agreed requirements remains our responsibility.

The client experience

You shouldn’t have
to chase an update.

Our planned client workspace brings project information, feedback, and decisions into one place. Explore this demonstration of how it will work.

  • Milestones and upcoming decisions
  • Messages and feedback attached to the work
  • Design reviews and explicit approvals
  • Change requests with cost and timing impact

Built for businesses
with something to explain.

Manufacturers, distributors, specialist retailers, and service businesses. Whether you need a product catalog, a dealer workspace, or a clearer website, we start with the job it needs to do.

Before we begin

A few things
worth knowing.

How do you price a project?

We define the requirements first, then provide a written proposal covering deliverables, fees, timing, revision rounds, and any separate hosting or software costs. More complex apps may need a paid discovery phase before a build can be quoted.

What if I need something changed?

Feedback within the agreed scope is handled through the included revision rounds. New requirements are assessed separately. You can approve an additional quote, exchange scope by agreement, or defer the idea to a later phase.

Can I speak with the designers and developers?

The planned workspace supports project messages and feedback in context. A designated project lead coordinates decisions and turns approved requests into assigned work.

What happens after launch?

Your proposal defines handover, account ownership, documentation, any included defect-correction period, and optional ongoing support. Platform licenses and third-party assets follow their own terms.

Your next project

Let’s start
with the right
questions.

What should your website or app help people do? Tell us the essentials. We’ll review your inquiry and use it to start a conversation about scope, timing, and the right next step.

01 Tell us the business need.

02 Define what success looks like.
